    Well located right next to the station and Boxpark and a short walk to all the shops and easy access to the tram and busses too

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Prompt, 24/7 service is the standard here, and the whole team is fantastic. However, Chantel deserves specific recognition for going above and beyond on multiple occasions. She recently handled a major issue for me while I was abroad, providing a level of service and peace of mind that you just don't find everywhere.

    There might be slight variations in the layout but this was communicated during the viewing

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Living in East Croydon is great as there are lots of shops and places for me to purchase things from. The biggest benefit is the fact that I get to live right next to the station and get to London Bridge in just 15 min. There is a bit of a lack of green spaces, however, everything else makes up for it. As it is a really popular area, security is also not an issue either.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They have been extremely kind and understanding. I faced quite a few issues here and there, but they have been really cooperative. Some problems can take longer, but the vast majority have been promptly resolved.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Always reach out for help and ask about any queries you have, the team are really supportive and can help you find a solution. Also, like all flats, it can get a bit hot in the summer so make sure you're prepared with a few fans. Luckily all windows have blinds which really helps when the days are long and the sun is out.

    The positioning of the development is fantastic, excellent transport facilities with a number of shops extremely local. Croydon would not have been my first choice to live however due to the excellent building location and amazing community vibe here, there is no complaints. Excellent transport to gatwick being an huge factor of moving here.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management have been helpful when it came to issues, the actual maintenance team aren't always the fastest to respond how with support from Chantelle we were able to get it resolved

    How good the community was as this has turned out to be a great bonus. However we wish we had been warned how loud box park can be

    My experience at Ten Degrees has been very positive overall. The development is finished to a high standard, with a sleek, contemporary design and well-thought-out spaces throughout. The resident amenities are a real highlight, the gym, work areas, and communal lounges are all excellent and make everyday living both convenient and enjoyable. There are a couple of minor drawbacks. Short term parking isn’t the easiest to manage, and the parcel room can become quite disorganised during busier periods. However, these points don’t take away from the overall experience. I’d still highly recommend living here.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management has responded very well to any issues I’ve raised. Communication has been clear and timely, and any problems have been handled efficiently and professionally. Overall, my experience has been very positive and I’ve found the team to be helpful and reliable in resolving matters.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    For new neighbours, I’d suggest getting familiar early on with how the parcel system works and being mindful that communal spaces can get busier during evenings and weekends. Overall though, it’s a comfortable, well-run place to live, and the positives far outweigh any minor day-to-day inconveniences.
