    Living in Henley Gate has been awesome. Settling in with my husband and our little boy just fine, my son is in love with riding his bicycle around the environment while we take a walk as it’s completely safe from road. We are happy about our lovely neighbours te been all smiles since we moved it. Big shout out to Georgie and India for constantly being available to rescue whenever we need help. It’s been amazing being in contact with them since moving in.

    They have been great since move in. Great response to email and providing solutions.

    Wish I knew about the development earlier. It’s been great.

    Parking is an issue on the street where residents are parking in front of their homes rather than on the driveway. This has caused access issues to private parking spaces and also prevented the bin lorry accessing the street

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I have had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed, and Natalie chased these with the central team and got them resolved. There was some delays in getting the work completed but no reflection on the local team

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I think clarity on parking and also the open spaces to the front of the property, are the grassed areas meant to be maintained by the property management company? As these are not getting cut

    This location is good and no issue with noise apart from the construction going on. Not happy with the no parking availability especially with having 2 young kids, so that’s not good and hoping there’s parking space soon.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The property manager herself is very effective with her work and always ready to help even outside her work hours. She is very polite and also friendly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Wish I knew the parking won’t be available on site till further notice. I thought maybe about a month or 2.

    Everything around is good and looks good and you get cardinal park with fast food and gym which is really good but missing most importantly a supermarket

    Lovely area with great schools locally. I have 2 children and a dog so having lots of different walk ways and parks to go through has been amazing. We’ve lived at the pioneers for just over 3 years and the house has been great.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Lynn has been fantastic property manager, she has been so helpful with any issues we’ve had, she always gets back to us very promptly and goes above and beyond to help.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Houtlon is still being developed so there isn’t as much here yet, but still a great place to live.
