Lovely area to live in with shops only a 5 min drive away and lovely area with parks and walking places. Parking is lovely with having the spaces right outside the house. Traffic noice is non-existent no anti-social behaviour has been seen by us.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We’ve had no problems or issues as it stands however I’m sure when it does happen they will be prompt and quick.

Wish WiFi was installed before moving in as having issue getting installed.

The property is located in a great area, with the town being on your doorstep, along with many pubs, restaurants a golf course, swimming pool and gym. The property itself has off road parking and is a peaceful area with a bus stop and a big park and school at the end of the estate.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have not yet had to raise any concerns but are confident that when we will do these will be dealt with in a timely manner

I don’t believe there is anything we would have liked to have known before. Our agent Ryan was brilliant and did not leave us without any important information being told.

Bus connection in place to the town from the whole development. Pub nearby is very welcoming with a fantastic fireplace

We have no issues as yet hopefully they will respond accordingly

Ask to see many plots as some are quite overlooked, Basic things that are allowed for example washing lines? Satellite dish, it explains in the after parts but not on viewing.

Transport links to London and Brighton are great. Pubs are very inviting, shops are a drive away but it will be on a bus route soon

They have responded well to any enquiries I have had.

Look at storage if moving from a previous home if many years, you may need to buy extra, although the built in wardrobe is great.
