    Great staff! But the design of the building and the entire area inspires little inspiration and belief in humanity’s true potential. No wonder everyone is stuck in their phones — the world is unpleasant to look at!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They try hard to help. Good, sincere, hard-working people.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Balcony angles allow no light to enter 2 out of 3 rooms. One balcony is unusable due to gusts of wind of overwhelming nature.

    The area is plagued by constant construction, which not only creates an overwhelming amount of noise but also leads to significant air pollution. Unfortunately, the apartments are poorly soundproofed, so you can hear the noise all day, making it impossible to relax or enjoy any peace and quiet. The outdoor spaces are also completely unusable because of this. On top of that, the sidewalks are often blocked off due to the construction, forcing pedestrians to walk dangerously close to speeding traffic. It’s incredibly unsafe, especially for families or anyone trying to avoid an accident.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I’m beyond frustrated with both the ongoing issues at this apartment and the complete lack of responsiveness from management. Despite multiple emails from me outlining how my friend's mishandling of her personal data has negatively impacted her credit score, they've yet to resolve my concerns and have no sense of urgency. It's not only unethical, but it’s also left me in a difficult financial situation, and management seems completely uninterested in resolving their mistakes.

    I truly regret ever living here. Even months after moving out, the impact of poor management continues to affect me emotionally and financially

He answered all my questions quickly and clearly, which made everything so much easier and less stressful. I truly appreciate support, attention to detail, and the way you handled everything with such care and efficiency.

    Everything has been absolutely wonderful. The whole team is incredibly helpful, friendly, and supportive. Whenever I have any questions or need assistance, they respond very quickly and always make sure everything is taken care of.

    Overall, I don’t have any major complaints — everything was explained clearly and transparently from the very beginning, which I really appreciate. Thank you for creating such a great experience!

    I really like the shops restaurants, open spaces and the facilities near the area of the building also its really got that its really good that there is a grocery store nearby. There are 2 near tube stations and a bus stop infront of the building. I really like it.

    Always answer quickly to my questions and help with everything they could I was really impressed and happy with them.

    Always look at your emails and don't miss out the announcements. Because they are really important. But other then that everyone is really helpful

    Great facilities but construction around . The buildings themselves are beautifully designed, with a modern architectural style and a real focus on community living and well-being.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Great service. People like Abdo Dada and Jonathan from maintenue have helped me a lot.

    Im happy with my choice. Overall, Bloom Nine Elms feels less like a typical rental development and more like a premium lifestyle experience. It’s ideal for professionals or anyone who values design, convenience, and a strong sense of community in one of London’s fastest-growing areas.
