Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
not much nearby in the immediate area really, apart from one convenience store next door. however, transport links are great, with buses and willesden junction station nearby and north acton station also in fairly reasonable walking distance just in case one might need the central line (i needed it for my night shifts when the night tube ran)
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
yes, and they were understanding and quickly attentive to all of my requests. very satisfied
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
maybe it can get a bit noisy, including at night, as it is next to the recycling plant… but i dont mind this, its only when the window is open can it get bad.
