Lovely aera to live in. Nice to be close to the river/canal. Walking distance from city centre and bus stops nearby. Several supermarkets within walking distance.

The building is surrounded by green, even if it is just 5 minutes away from the town centre. At the same distance, there are also relatively large supermarkets. The train station is a bit far (roughly 20 minutes on foot), but reachable with a pleasant walk through the town centre. The area is quiet and clean
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is great: very friendly, and very quick to answer requests for support

to review the inventory straight away, as the time to do so expires really quickly

The area feels safe, we’re close to shops and transport links. It’s quiet from our flat, we rarely if ever deal with antisocial behaviour from neighbours or those nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We’ve raised issues that have not been resolved, some of which are quite important and others which just affect our comfort. There are some building issues which have been broken since we moved in and are yet to be fixed. Other issues, such as issues with noise have been dealt with well.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing major - the property is fairly as expected.

I absolutely love living on the development. It’s the perfect location to access the city centre within a 10 minute walk. The train station is also a 15-20 minute walk (via the city centre) which gives easy access into London or Suffolk and Norfolk. For somebody who works in London, this is brilliant. I am able to escape the hustle and bustle of the big smoke but still have access to facilities locally.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always promptly and efficiently. No complaints at all!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing for me personally. Moving property is always a huge decision, but the team at One Canalside made the process smooth and are always on hand to answer any questions before or after you move in!

You can hear some traffic in the day time but overall is a quiet place to live. Its a really short walk to town. Where there are lots of shops and restaurant's.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They answer there phone when we have called its a shame there is no one onsite at the weekends though

How easy it is to walk into town but have a nice balance of being near the fields.
