    Shops on the same street, train within 5 minute walking distance, car park on site and less than 10 minute walk to access the main city.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Great- no concerns have ever been raised as nothing has been at fault.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    i was lucky in that I new people living here and were able to recommend the building

    Nice to be in town but still a quieter part with not as much crazy stuff going outside, shop just a couple of doors down which is convinient, easy to drive in and out of town

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Really quickly and easily never had any issues at all

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The car park being so tight (I think myself and a lot of people have scratched there car when entering when first moving in) . The outdoor space never catching the sun.

    Metro station less then 3 minutes away, short walking distance (less than 10 minutes) to major transport and city centre. Essentials available one block over. Outside of pub zone so no antisocial behavior.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Timely and thoroughly. I appreciate the priority request system and the ability to schedule work.

    Liverpool is windy! This is a secure building complex. It never feels crowded - hardly see anyone coming and going.

    Very convenient place to be living at, short walk to Moorfields station with plenty of transport links for anyone working in the wider Merseyside area like myself. Plenty of small shops nearby such as a Tesco Express and only a short walk away from M&S. Pubs and bars available on almost every street corner with plenty of choices and variety. No traffic noise.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Any queries raised with management via email have been answered on the same day

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The staff have been very knowledgeable and helpful during the viewing. There was nothing that they did not mention or didn’t answer before moving in

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The location is perfect, so close to the city centre for shopping at Liverpool one or going to the docks for a walk. The area feels very safe even at night. It is quiet at night, no disturbances. It is in a good place for transport links too, a short walk from lime street station and near Mersey rail links such as James street or moorfields. Bins are collected regularly. One downside is the parking. All parking for guests is costly as the street outside the property is permit holder only. Parking at the accommodation for residents is also costly but it is very secure. The parking garage is also very tight to use. There’s local tescos and corner shops very close by with everything you’d need. Traffic is not bad unless it’s a match day which hasn’t been too much of an issue.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes issues with heating and water which was resolved within a few hours . Friendly experienced staff

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    How the parking garage was very tight as causes damage to you car if you are even one inch out. May have looked into places which have better parking to decrease anxiety. Also guest parking facilities.
