The Location

The property lies towards the edge of the historic village of Corfe Castle. It benefits from a number of amenities including a village store, bakery, village school, public houses and a hotel. Further amenities can be found in Swanage (approximately 5 miles) and Wareham (approximately 5 miles).

This property is part of the Bankes Estate that came to the Trust in 1982. Set on the Isle of Purbeck this half of the estate known as the Purbeck Estate, covers thousands of acres encompassing coastline, heathland, farmland and woodland as well as property in the Villages of Corfe Castle and Studland.
