You benefit from onsite communal laundry, a guest room which can be booked for up to 3 consecutive days and a resident mobile hairdresser. There are communal facilities available for residents use which include kitchen, seating areas, bathroom, television area and lounge; where social activities can be held.

The scheme is within easy access to local amenities such as doctor's surgeries, newsagents, shops and supermarket. Blackburn Town Centre is less than two miles away, offering a wealth of amenities including the popular indoor market, The Mall shopping centre and multiple eateries and leisure activities.

We currently have one bedroom property on the ground floor.
Please be aware, despite there being lift access to upper floors, residents must still have the mobility to be able to leave the building via the stairwells in the event of an emergency.

We accept , but please note there are ineligible service charges which would be payable by yourself. This includes your heating charge and you will therefore not have a further gas bill to pay.

All our properties are offered on an unfurnished basis and you are free to decorate as you wish to really personalise your home. Each flat comprises of lounge, kitchen, bathroom with three piece suite and either a double or single bedroom.

We are also pet friendly.

There is no bond payable, but we do ask for a minimum of two weeks rent to be paid in advance by card when you take the keys for your new home.
