You will find this pocket of land tucked away in residential Filey, just on the outskirts of the town centre and a ten-minute walk from the beach. The land is 124 m2 and the current permitted use is for garden land.

There is the potential to utilise the area for off street parking; however, this is subject to planning consent and interested parties will need to make their own enquiries with the local Planning Authority.
