Carlisle House, was purchased from Boothferry Council in 1998 and underwent an extensive refurbishment to transform the building into a mix of small offices ideally suited for new businesses. It is located in the town centre of Goole close to the library and leisure centre. The business centre also boasts refurbished kitchens and communal areas. Parking on-site is limited, but there is a free town centre car park less that one minutes walk away.

Terms of Occupation
The offices are let on a Licence Agreement - available on 'easy-in, easy-out' terms (terminable on the giving of one month's notice) and subject to an annual review with the business centre manager or on-site business advisor.

Rental
Monthly licence fee payable by direct debit; details on application. Deposit payable equivalent to the monthly licence fee includes - reception services (meet & greet visitors, receive post and deliveries); access to wider business support networks; refuse/recycling facilities; communal area cleaning; business rates and building insurance.

Uses
Suitable for a wide variety of office based businesses use. Retail, vehicle repair and /or maintenance, car trade or related businesses are not permitted.

Licence holders are responsible for the internal upkeep & decoration of their office only.
