A unique collaboration between East Riding of Yorkshire Council and the University of Hull to support businesses in the renewables sector. ergo provides an environment for businesses working in the same space, both literally and metaphorically. A space designed for the way we work today, ergo offers versatile and flexible offices and workspaces to suit you, the size of your business and the style of your working. It has all the essentials including great meeting spaces. Whether its an ad-hoc private chat or a big group getting together ergo's conference space is adaptable, which, combined with the social area, creates a truly moderns workplace.
The café and communal spaces will give you and your team the opportunity to meet for lunch and provides a space where you'll get to know your neighbours at ergo and the wider Bridgehead Business Park.
ergo offers high quality, flexible accommodation to let on monthly terms in a range of sizes.

Terms of Occupation
The offices are let on a Licence Agreement - available on 'easy-in, easy-out' terms (terminable on the giving of one month's notice) and subject to an annual review with the business centre manager or on-site business advisor.
Rental
Monthly licence fee payable by direct debit; details on application. Deposit payable equivalent to the monthly licence fee
Uses
Suitable for a wide variety of office based businesses with a particular focus in renewables or the environmental technology sector. Retail, vehicle repair and/or maintenance, car trade or related businesses are not permitted.
Repairs & Maintenance
Licence holders are responsible for the internal upkeep & decoration of their office only.
