The apartment is reached through the elegant staircase with an entrance directly from Piazza Università. The property, located on the first floor of the eighteenth-century building, enjoys the view of one of the most beautiful baroque squares in the city.

To the north-east is the Noble Palace Gioeni d'Angiò and to the east the Palace of San Giuliano.
To the south-west is Elephants Palace, the headquarter of the Town Hall, and to the south-east another prestigious palace whose name is unknown.
The square is adorned with four bronze chandeliers, made in the early 20th century, representing the deeds of four of Catania's most famous myths: Gammazita, Colapesce, Anfinomo and Anapia, Uzeta.
