The Land
The letting comprises of a single enclosure of productive arable land that was classified by MAFF as being Grade 3.

The soils are of the Aswarby Series being shallow, permeable, calcareous, fine, loamy soils suitable for the production of cereals, sugar beet and potatoes. Access is obtained from Folkingham Road which forms the southern boundary.

The land is to be let for a fixed term of five years commencing on 11th October 2022.

A draft copy of the tenancy is available from the agents office.

The rental will be paid annually in advance by Standing Order on 11th October in each year.

The interval between rent reviews will be no less than three years and will be in accordance with Part II of the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995, being the open market.

There will be no claim by the outgoer for tenantright matters and neither will there be a claim by the landlord for dilapidations.

Basic Payment Scheme
