Impressive town house with garden in the centre of Riberac. This spacious house is ideal if you want to be in the Town, you can walk to the shops, bars, restaurants and the market.
It is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with air conditioning, a new roof and it is connected to the mains drainage system.
The house has three levels and would be ideal as a family home or a bed and breakfast. There is an entrance hall with original staircase, a spacious lounge dining room, a snug and a well-equipped kitchen, with underfloor heating. There is a cloakroom and a door to the garden there is also steps down to a cellar/wine store. On the first floor is an ensuite bedroom, dressing area and laundry room, a few stairs lead to another two en-suite bedrooms. The staircase continues to the second floor with a landing a bedroom and bathroom. The garden is pretty with a nice terrace area, parking and a fishpond.
