This spacious and cosy house is in a quiet neighbourhood, ideal for contractors working in the area. The house is located just a few minutes walk from the city centre and is also within walking distance from the train station.

There's private parking with enough space to fit 2-3 vehicles which is a very rare find as the house is located so close to the centre of Coventry. Even though the house is a short walk from the city centre, you'll be surprised by how quiet the estate is.

Whilst each bedroom has single beds, they are able to be zipped together to create huge super king beds. If you require super king beds in any of the bedrooms please just let us know when you book and we'll take care of the rest.

With two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet, there's plenty of space and comfort for up to 6 guests. The living room is very comfortable with a TV that has access to Netflix.

The dining area is separate to the living room and kitchen and can seat up to 6 people. There's also garden furniture in the back garden which again, can seat up to 6 people.
