The location is also handy for town (it’s only 15 minutes walk to the shops) or Saint Nicholas Gate Retail Park (a 10 minute walk or 2 minutes in the car).

If you do have a car there’s residents parking on the street so you don’t need to worry about school run parking chaos in the morning or 3pm.
