Description

The owners love....

Welcome to Hunters Oak!

When we first viewed this family home, we loved the quiet location nestling in a friendly
cul-de-sac but local to Hemel Town Centre and historic St Albans. The property had
such a warm welcoming feel we knew this would make the ideal family home and it has
not disappointed! All these years on we still love all it has to offer.

Upon approaching the property, you are greeted with a front garden easy to maintain
with paving and potted plants.

Through the front door you enter into the lovely lounge the perfect place to relax and
unwind after a long day. We love our movie nights here all together.

Our kitchen is well equipped with views over the private enclosed rear garden. It offers
ample storage, and nothing beats a peaceful coffee in the morning enjoying the
tranquility.

The garden is private with a decking area and paving with a shed for additional storage
to the back of the garden. This offers a blank canvas for you to add your own flair.
Leading upstairs you will find the master bedroom and good size second bedroom.
We have our family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Our home nestles in a quiet cul-de-sac but is local to Hemel Town Centre and St Albans
offering the market on weekends, an array of historic tourist attractions to include the
Cathedral and a very vibrant nightlife of bars and restaurants. Hemel Hempstead offers
an array of shops with its Malls of Riverside & The Marlowes, entertainment and more
restaurants you are spoilt for choice! We are in the catchment area to good local
schools. We have Nickey Lane which runs towards the back of our home for peaceful
scenic walks. For the commuter the M1 and M25 are close at hand, whilst the mainline
railway station offers a fast and frequent service to London Euston from Hemel Train
Station.

About eXp UK, East of England

1 Northumberland Avenue, Trafalgar Square, London, WC2N 5BW

eXp UK are the newest estate agency business, powering individual agents around the UK to provide a personal service and experience to help get you moved.

Here are the top 7 things you need to know when moving home:

Get your house valued by 3 different agents before you put it on the market

Don't pick the agent that values it the highest, without evidence of other properties sold in the same area

It's always best to put your house on the market before you find a property

The estate agent acts for the seller and is there to get the seller the best price possible

Understand the length of time it can take - 14 weeks from when you accept an offer, or have an offer accepted to move in! A long time!

It can get stressful, but speak to your agent and your solicitor and they will put you in the picture

Be nice to estate agents - we're pretty nice people, offer some great advice and will help to get you moved ;-)
