Locksbridge Park

Just over a mile to the East of Andover is where you will find this development including a good mixture of property, ideally located close to the bustling town of Andover. The town now benefits from an eclectic mix of old-world charm and modern shopping convenience, as well as beautiful tea rooms and pubs, some dating back more than nine hundred years, supermarkets, craft galleries and interior design stores, which all border the breath-taking countryside of the Test Valley - 250 square miles of easily accessible natural beauty, which includes the world-renowned River Test. Please note that as with most modern housing developments, this property may have a minimal yearly "estate charge". Please ask for further information.
OWNERS DESCRIPTION -
Our bright, happy and inviting house has helped us make so many happy memories here. Picket Piece is a quiet but vibrant village, with a lovely community within Locksbridge Park. We are close enough to town to be near amenities but far enough away to feel like we get some peace and quiet when we come home. With our local shop and post office only a short walk from the house, we also have convenience on our doorstep. The house is bright and sunny throughout the year because of the triple aspect, which is something that made us fall in love with it. We wish we could pick our house up and relocate it with us, but know that our home will help create more happy memories for another person or family alike.
