West Town Lane academy and Knowle Park primary are an equal 0.7 mile, 15 minute walk away - both are popular, highly rated schools - while the soon to be redeveloped Broadwalk shopping centre is less than 10 minutes walk away. Temple Meads is a 35 minute, 1.6 mile walk although the distance is well covered by several bus services along the A37.
