We moved here in 2009 seeking a larger garden and driveway, and this house has provided the perfect balance of space and convenience. Its location is ideal—close to the motorway for work, with parks and pubs nearby for leisure, and a bus route offering easy access to Maidenhead train station on the Elizabeth Line for travel to London or Reading. With our children living in Maidenhead, we’ve enjoyed being close to family while having everything we need right on our doorstep.

Being near several primary and secondary schools has been especially helpful when “Granny” needed to step in for school pick-ups. We’ve loved spending time at Ockwells Park for walks and taking the grandchildren to the playground and cafe. Additionally, we're just a short walk from the local pubs and shops.

We are only minutes from Junction 8/9 on the M4, so Windsor, Marlow and High Wycombe/M40 are a short drive away. If you want to leave the car at home, there's a bus stop a few doors away for access to Maidenhead train station on the Elizabeth Line.

While we’ll miss the large garden and conservatory, the time has come for us to downsize. We hope the new owners will enjoy and make the most of this wonderful home just as we have
