The Sellers View...
Moving to Spencers Wood has been a great experience for us. There are plenty of great places to walk and the local area is lovely. You have the sense of village life with a strong community feel, while having easy access to the M4, Reading, Heathrow and London.

We moved into our 3 bed home in December 2018, when we purchased the property from David Wilson homes. A large kitchen was important to us, and we love the fact we can both cook and entertain in the same room. The living room is light and airy, offering patio doors leading straight into the garden. The bedrooms upstairs are generous, with fitted wardrobes in the master bedroom and plenty of storage throughout the home. Since moving in, we have done some minor work including fitting a water softener, adding a shower to the family bathroom, and adding a dog flap for Ted!

Fingal Crescent is a quiet street, with lovely friendly neighbours. We will miss our home, but as our family is growing we are finding we need slightly more bedrooms. We hope the next owner will be as happy here as we have.

These homes have been so well thought out, providing everything you need in a family home. What we love about this home is the gorgeous kitchen/breakfast room, which offers a high finish and standard of fittings. Then you flow into the lounge that runs across the back of the home with large double doors onto the south-facing garden. The garden is a great size with side access to the garage and driveway.
