Gotham is a small village in the countryside just south of Nottingham. From Blackberry Gardens, it's around a 20-minute drive into the city centre, with Castle Donington and Derby also within easy reach. The area is well served by public transport, with regular buses running to Nottingham, Loughborough and the surrounding villages.

Our new builds in Gotham are close to plenty of Nottinghamshire amenities, starting with the local pubs – The Sun, The Star, and the Cuckoo Bush Inn – and include a newsagent's and a hair salon. Your nearest gym is at the LivingWell Health Club in Lockington and Kegworth.
