Directions - From Birmingham the north and M42/J3, take the A435 dual carriageway south, after approximately ½ mile at Portway, bear left into Penn Lane. The land will be found after approximately 400 yards on the left hand side, as indicated by the Earle's auction sale board.
From Redditch, Stratford-upon-Avon and the south take the A435 dual carriageway north to Bransons Cross. Take the slip road left into Bearley Lane by the petrol filling station, at the roundabout take the first left into Broad Lane, pass under the A435 and after approximately ¼ mile, turn left into Rushbrook Lane. At the end of this lane turn left into Penn Lane and the land will be found on the right hand side after approximately 200 yards, indicated as above.
