The property is situated in a secluded location just outside the village of Kefalas in the municipality of Apokoronas, about 45 minutes' drive east of Chania city. It ia a good-sized plot of land with a residence, which is in the concrete stage and available for sale as it is now. A passable dirt road reaches the area and there is an asphalt road, at a distance of 200 m. The property is mainly surrounded by forest with big cypress trees and some olive groves while there are no other residences visible in the distance.

In the central square of Kefalas, which is about 1500 meters away, you will find taverns, cafés and big mini markets that operate all year round. The village attracts several tourists during the summer months while at the same time it has an original, traditional character and is very quiet and picturesque. Within a 10 minutes' drive there is the small town of Vamos, where you will find a bank, a supermarket and other shops. The beaches of Georgioupolis and Kalives, which have facilities, are 20 minutes' drive and the airport 50 minutes.
