Description

"We have loved the openness and light where the kitchen spills out to the garden. It's been so perfect for summer BBQ's and sitting out on the decking listening to the birds gathering on the oak tree. We have really enjoyed having so many beautiful walks on our doorstep whilst also being able to hop on the train or cycle along the river into town."

The home

A colourful and inviting three bedroom terraced home on a quiet cul-de-sac in Stoke Bishop, featuring a kitchen/dining area and pleasant views. Entrance is into a generous hallway, with the living room on your right. The room boasts a green feature wall, large window maximising the natural light and brick fireplace. Heading back through the hallway, you find the focal point of the home, the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is contemporary in design, and is very functional, including in built appliances and plenty of cupboard space. At the end of the room is a dining area and elegant bi-folding doors opening to the garden. Heading to the first floor, much of the style and quality of the floor below is mirrored. The floor features two large double bedrooms, a large single bedroom, sizeable landing area and striking three piece bathroom suite.

The outside space

The plot begins with a driveway followed by steps leading to the front door. Heading to the rear, the garden begins with a substantial decking area, with tranquil views, capturing amazing levels of sunlight. The decking leads to an outbuilding, featuring two stores and a W.C. Steps lead to the main garden, featuring a lawn, pebbled area, shed, flowerbeds and mature trees.
