Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve genuinely loved living here. It quickly started to feel like home. There’s such a good mix of places nearby, whether you want a quick bite at Nando’s, noodles at Wagamama, or a relaxed coffee at one of the independent cafés. Having a big Tesco close by is a lifesaver for last-minute bits, and there are also smaller shops that give the area more of a community feel. The green spaces are a real bonus too, perfect for an evening walk or getting some fresh air on the weekend. Transport has been really convenient. Buses run regularly and the train station nearby makes commuting into the city straightforward. Rush hour traffic can build up a little, but it’s nothing out of the ordinary and tends to clear quickly. Our street itself is friendly and peaceful. Neighbours say hello, parking is usually available without too much hassle, and bin collections are reliable. We’ve had very little anti-social behaviour and noise is minimal, which makes it easy to relax at home. Overall, it’s a great balance of convenience and comfort. It is busy enough to have everything you need, but calm enough to properly enjoy living here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and efficiently dealt with all of our issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building can get very warm in the summer - that is all

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is good! I’ve had no issues with noise, bin collection or parking availability. Sometimes it can feel a bit scary walking home in the later evening, however I don’t think that’s just specific to our area. When I have been walking home in the late evening I have never had any issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues that we have raised have been seen to fairly quickly and communication regarding this has been clear, concise and efficient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gym can get fairly busy so I would recommend at going at non peak times!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is only a short walk into the city centre so ideal! I'd say better suited to those that don't need a car as parking can be pricey and there aren't a lot of options for visitor parking but its only a short walk to the train station and an even shorter walk to the bus station so no complaints! There have been minor issues involving the homeless community in this area but I haven't noticed any issues now for a few months so wouldn't list this as a bad aspect either really! Very close to the train tracks but you barely notice the noice when the windows are closed and even in summer it doesn't bother us at all.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always responded very quickly and professionally, luckily we have not had too many issues at all! But I am happy knowing that when we do they are resolved quickly and always with a smile.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing. Everything was very clear from pricing to rules on access etc, everything is as was described when moving in so I have no complaints.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is in the heart of the city while being away from the noise. Its a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. Easy walk to the canal, three minute walk in the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. There have not been many issues. However whenever an issues is brought to the team they deal with it swiftly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Its gets hot during the summers. However you can always hangout in the lounge areas.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing location, even for non drivers like ourselves as the city centre is literally 5 minutes away. Great for transport links too. Traffic noise is pretty much non existent and we’ve never had any disruptions.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very friendly and helpful and fast at responding and solving any problems

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I can’t think of anything that stands out! Especially not anything bad.
