Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area is really central with good transport links. Despite it's central location the flat and complex is quiet and settled. It's main location draw back is parking availablity. With the development having it's own parking you are not eligible for a parking permit and the onsite parking is unaffordable for the average earner.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have always had a quick and clear response from the team at NFB.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving in I wish I had known more about the parking g options or lack there of. It wouldn't have changed my decision but it has made things difficult. Id definitely recommend living hear.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good location close to so many shops, bars, eateries. Quiet especially around the canal. There's parking at the apartments and multi story parking close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problems to report. There's information provided on who to contact in emergencies or if there are problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

All the things included in the apartment. I thought some of the items were only in the show apartments and I was happy when I found all the things included.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great variety of establishments around the area to choose from. I have already found my new local coffee shop, pilates studio and nail bar. It can be difficult to find such good places so I am delighted.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not had any problems but if I ask a question they are very quick to respond. It's never expected for them to be so quick but they are very professional and it really shows that they take pride in their work.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How much I would love it. I am not from this area so moving to a new place can feel a bit nerve racking. I found the move so easy and really love the place.
