Continuing through the home you find the dining room, with immense period detail, complete with multi-fuel burner in original fireplace and large, shelved storage cupboard underneath the stairs. Large double doors opening to the kitchen with 2 Velux windows and a Belfast sink, adjacent is a large lean-to/utility room with washing machine point and a second large Belfast sink. At the back of the kitchen is a W.C and separate bathroom. Heading to the first floor, the main and largest bedroom sits at the front of the home and includes a large built-in wardrobe; with a bathroom and bedroom looking upon the rear garden. On the second and final floor are two double bedrooms, original to the property, the rear including a dormer window, the front a Velux.
Disclaimer notice regarding the boiler. A recent service has provided a warning due to the change legislation. An internal flue support and increased ventilation is required. The system does operate correctly however.
The outside space
At the beginning of the plot is a small front garden with original railings, with a path leading to the front door. At the back is a tranquil garden, which is very private. Much established planting including a delicious Braeburn! The plot faces south east, capturing an incredible amount of sun in the morning and through the day. There is also a large single garage, and rear access which has been great for bikes.
