The whole process from start to finish was smooth. Laura who assisted us was very pleasant and answered all our queries

No issues raised we are yet to move in but any questions we have had have been answered

We have not moved in as of yet but the only downside is the service when at the property. On our visits we have had no signal

Nice, quiet, and well-maintained area with good walking routes for dogs and a convenient local shop. While it hasn’t directly affected us, parking does seem to be an issue, and the use of visitor bays could become problematic as they’re not really available for visitors.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Onboarding was quick and easy, response times very quick.

Check race days for the racecourse to see if it works for how you would be coming and going maybe.

We loved living at Fontwell. The estate was very clean, safe and quiet. My kids could always go out to play. There was a bus stop a few mins walk away from the estate.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Work orders/ maintenance requests were handled as soon as possible.

In my opinion, Leaf Living was pretty open during the showing. Megan was awesome and answered all our questions. Unfortunately, we had to move out earlier than intended and Alexander made our move-out process very easy and less stressful than it could have been. He was very patient and responded to all our questions and helped in every way he could. Alexander, thank you for all your patience in dealing with us.

Local area is lovely. Just waiting for the local shop to be built on the development. Nice pub across the road. Parking is great, plenty of space but then again we do have a big driveway. Very quiet area and local links are pretty good for a location on the south coast.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. These have been completed very quickly with minimal fuss and disruption
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The output of the EV charger. Its very slow for my EV car. But i do have a higher rated one being fitted at my own expense in the coming weeks. No big deal.
