Double sized room with window out to the conservatory. There is a storage cupboard in the corner which houses the old style electric meter and fuse box.

Bedroom 2

Single sized room with high level window to the rear elevation, storage cupboard housing the immersion tank.

Bathroom

With a high level window to the rear elevation with a bath under and having a Galaxy electric shower over, there is a sink and the toilet is situated in an alcove area of the bathroom.

Conservatory

Enter the conservatory through a full glazed single upvc door, good sized area and double french doors into the living area.

Outdoor Space

Slabbed patio area with storage metal shed, a decorative brick wall with hedge to the front to give privacy to the outside area.

63 year lease from 1st April 1971.  (Lease ends in 2034, and we are currently unable to advise whether the park will extend the leases or not).

Owners are to use and occupy the chalet for a holiday dwelling only.

Chapel St Leonards

Chapel St Leonards is a lovely sea-side village on the east coast nestled between the major resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe.  It has a population of around 3,000 and is well known for its beautiful sandy beaches and long promenades.  During the summer months it benefits greatly from tourists creating a lovely vibrant atmosphere.

The village has a lot to offer with a wide range of shops including butchers, chemist, estate agents, co-op, spar, cafes, restaurants and pubs.  There is a village hall with a full programme of regular activities, doctors surgery, two churches and a primary school.
