We’ve had a really good experience living here so far. It’s a quiet and well-kept area, which makes it feel really relaxed and safe. The street itself is calm with very little noise, and everyone seems friendly which helps you settle in quickly. There are local shops nearby which are really handy, and overall it just feels like an easy place to live day to day. There are also some nice open spaces for walks which is a big plus. All the houses have their own driveways or garages, which makes parking really easy, and everything around the area seems well looked after. Transport links are good as well, making it easy to get around. Overall, it’s been a really positive move for us and we’re enjoying being here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven’t had to raise many issues so far, which is a good sign in itself. The few questions we have had have been responded to quickly and helpfully, with clear communication throughout. The team have been easy to deal with and supportive, which makes a big difference and gives confidence that any future issues would be handled just as smoothly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing that stood out after moving in is how quiet and relaxed the area is, which is something you don’t always fully get a feel for during a viewing. It’s been a really nice surprise. I’d also say it’s worth taking a bit of time to properly go through everything in the first few days, like the inventory and how things work in the house, just to get familiar with it all early on. Overall, there haven’t been any major surprises, but it’s definitely one of those places that you appreciate more once you’re actually living here day to day.

Only a 10 minute drive from town, lots of baby groups locally too. A really lovely area, lots of green space for dog walks :)
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The site developers unfortunately did a horrendous job with our back lawn, leaf living were very quick to respond and get to work rectifying.

I didn’t realise our address wouldn’t be recognised everywhere, a lack of insight on my own behalf

The development is well located and has been designed well with lots of open space. On the development, you do have a selection of facilities and schools. The area is very quiet and there is plenty of parking for residents and visitors. As the development is still being completed, there is on-going construction work but even the noise from this is minimal.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Good thing: If you have a family/children/are a dog walker, the development has lots of nature trails and children park areas that are a short walk from your property.
What is the best feature of your home:
The layout of the home which makes it feel airy and open plan so it flows well.

I’ve only just moved in and don’t know the area so still getting familiar, although the train station is only a ten minute walk away. The area is quiet and roads are nice and wide. There is good parking for visitors.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve been promised that issues will be closed out as soon as possible . I am still waiting but it’s only been a few days!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had taken more note of the kitchen design when I viewed - I only have one drawer which isn’t sufficient! It would also have been good to know that the hive products can’t be linked up as my broadband router is in a cupboard, and that I have to manage getting the solar panels connected to the network. Having knowledge of the postcode would have been helpful in advance as I’m currently with no bins.
