    We have just moved to the area and the location is great. Well connected with trains and close by the other towns. Complex is quiet, meet and tidy and well laid out. So far so good!

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Yes very promptly! Emailed on Sunday afternoon and was contacted Monday morning and they will be here on Wednesday to fix.

    Nothing - we were waiting for an issue but I can safely say there were none.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The great parts are that we have the main retail park on one side of us and the main high street the other side but accessible via walking and driving. There is a big play park just up the road which is fantastic for the kids and they love it. The only bad point I would say is that our road is narrow and although there are driveways for each house residents still park on the road/path and it blocks access to your own drive way. The public transport isn’t too bad, there are bus stops on the main road at the entrance to the gateway.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We haven’t had to report anything ourselves so far so we consider that to be an excellent thing. We have had an engineer come in to do some rewiring which was picked up just before we moved in so I would say that service was quick.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Honestly the team are so informative and the house speaks for itself so there isn’t anything that jumps out at you as a surprise.

    Moving can be fun, just label the boxes and pack the kettle in reach.

    This development is within easy reach of all local amenities, plenty of shops, schools, bus routes, everything we could need in close proximity, Bexhill is a beautiful area with the seafront not far.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I haven't had any issues with the property so far , I feel confident if issues arrive that they will be dealt with properly and in a timely manner.

    The process of viewing the property and receiving information about the property left me with no questions unanswered.

    The neighbourhood is wonderfully situated. The communal areas and landscaping have been thoughtfully designed. Although some sections are still being built, it is obvious that the completed development will be an exceptional place to live. 

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    As we have only just moved into the property, we have not had any reason to contact the building management regarding any issues. 

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I cannot think of anything I wish I had known beforehand. Ryan was incredibly transparent and ensured we had every detail required to make our decision with absolute confidence.
