    very good: near temple meads station and lots of offices from different companies bad: parking avaiability for visitors

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They hire contracters to fix the leakage and mould innthe walls and to fix the oven. I now have a new oven that works a new freslly painted flat with no leakages.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    If you write to the lanlord he will address any issue with the building

    Royal Docks is a great area with loads going on. The Elizabeth line at Custom House makes getting into central London a breeze, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Gallions Reach shopping park is close for essentials, and the waterfront walks are a nice bonus. The area has really come on in recent years.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Good and timely manner. There’s also been minimal issues.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I thought more about the gym facilities as it’s not “useful” for my needs. Very Minsk equipments and space.

    Perfect location, convenient transport options right on your doorstep. The staff on reception and management are superb, Ellie is so attentine, goes the extra mile every time.

    Quick to respond and resolve any issues around the flat.

    I wish I knew how friendly everyone is in the team.

    The street is quiet which i really appreciate for long walks but it’s super close to the shopping center by a 10 minute walk. It’s also right beside the train station, making transportation one of the best advantages over here

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Speedily. Quickly. Fast, attentively, superbly, amazingly

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    If I knew the train station, shopping center and school were this close to the house, I wouldn’t have gotten a car considering it is more tasking to use moving to places and park.

    Many grocery stores and pharmacy close by, as well as direct access to the underground station. The position between the O2, Canary Wharf and Stratford make this an amazing location.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Building management has been amazing. Had a couple of issues that were promptly resolved. Very quick, and very informative with anything going on.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I didn’t realise the extent of the facilities as well as the level of customer service I’ve experienced from the team. A very pleasant surprise!
