5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The good aspects are that we’ve got both co-op and Tesco which are very close to the development and I great park across the road which is great for dog walking. It’s great how close the tram stop is which makes it so convenient to get into town etc. There’s a super cute quite brunch stop down the road which is dog friendly too. The parking in front of the building which is quite expensive and you can only be there for 3 hours. Also, down the road there is a lot of construction going on so the road can get a bit blocked up with traffic.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Really positive feedback on when I raised an issue with my washing machine. Maintenance came that afternoon to fix it and in the meantime, I was able to use a washing machine in an empty apartment.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
When I went to view a few apartments and I settled on the apartment, I’d recommend checking what side of the main road you’re on and how much sun your apartment will get.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Brilliant views, great communal spaces and the staff are lovely. Especially the gentleman who works nights, I believe his names Dean. He’s constantly going out of his way to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. I have had very little to report. But what little I have has been addressed very quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew it existed sooner. Wasted my money living in alternative locations

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very peaceful waterfront setting with a calm, relaxed feel. You’ve got lovely coffee spots just a short walk away, plus Wyld Sauna nearby for something a bit different—ideal for unwinding and making the most of the area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any lettings issues, Nathan is always the first to help, and for maintenance, Reece has it sorted quickly. The front desk team, especially Caitlin and Kendra, are always super friendly and welcoming, which makes everything much easier.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly, not much. Things run pretty smoothly. If anything, I wish I’d known how quick and helpful the team are; any issues get sorted straight away which makes everything really easy.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The apartment building is located at the heart of town, close to most amenities and also easy access to transport links . Noise from vehicles and pedestrians is greatly reduced which makes it condusive. For over 3 years of renting in the apartment there hasn't been any record of anti-social behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had a water leak from one of my waste water pipe, and accesssment was carried out sameday and issue resolved the next day.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
My experience so-far haven't given me any reason to regret

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Fantastic public transport connections, via bus taxi and train all within walking distance of the property. Lots of bars, shops and open spaces to explore and visit. Slightly noisy during the late afternoons and evenings with children using the courtyard as a playground…but this is being dealt with as we speak. Fantastic support from the Emporium House Team
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management have been prompt, effective and helped sort any issues or answer any questions I have
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Can’t think of anything extra I would put in here for myself. But definitely helped looking in a variety of apartments to get a feeling of location, the view from the windows and overall noise levels. But this was something I personally had in mind before the viewings. Useful to consider though for some
