The clever use of a space saving vanity unit creatively combines a basin with a chrome mixer tap, a WC with concealed cistern and plenty of storage in one stylish high gloss unit. The tiling was certainly the right choice and could be described as natural, neutral and timeless. The colour and texture of the tiles work well together to make this bathroom feel a larger space.

This just leaves the private garden and we would like to say it has been lovingly cared for by our seller and previous owners over the years. It is a really good sized outdoor space and running to the side of the property should give you longer enjoyment of the sun. There is a variety of mature plants and shrubs and a slightly elevated decked area. This is a garden that has to be seen on a sunny day!
