Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good location to get to places… but not much around in walking distance… but the area is developing. It’s good that the tube station is within 1 minute walking distance
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Haven’t had any issues. I lost my key one time and locked myself out another both times the staff were very available and happy to help me out promptly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The amenities that there would be and how much extra it would cost.
Manager's response5Hi Barry, Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We are really pleased to hear that you’re enjoying the development, from the welcoming community to the cleanliness and design of the building. It’s great to receive such positive feedback about the team also — we’ll be sure to pass along your kind words. We’re glad you’re making the most of the dog-friendly environment and appreciate the artwork and photography throughout the building. Creating a space that feels both comfortable and visually engaging is something we care deeply about and have worked hard to deliver. It’s also helpful to hear your perspective on the local area. While it may still be developing, we’re pleased that the excellent transport links—particularly the proximity to the tube—are proving convenient. Thank you as well for your honest feedback regarding amenities and associated costs. We understand how important transparency is and will continue working to ensure this information is clearly communicated to future residents. Finally, we’re happy to hear that our team was able to assist you quickly when you needed help—whether it was being locked out or replacing a key. Providing responsive and friendly support is a top priority for us. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and are glad to have you as part of the community. Many thanks, The AWOL Team

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is extremely convenient and well-suited for both professionals, students and visitors. The station is within easy walking distance, making commuting seamless. There is a great Asian supermarket right downstairs, along with Tesco and Sainsbury’s nearby, offering plenty of choice for daily needs. The area also has a good mix of restaurants and cafés, making it easy to step out and find something at any time. Overall, it feels safe, well-connected, and comfortable to live in, with minimal concerns around noise or accessibility.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has consistently been very responsive, approachable, and solution-oriented. Any issue I’ve raised whether small, operational, or time-sensitive, has always been acknowledged and addressed promptly. Louis from the front-of-house plays a key role in this; he is always present, approachable, and ensures that concerns are not just heard but followed through efficiently. Beyond general support, he has also been very helpful in guiding residents with things like gym access, memberships, and related queries, making the process seamless.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Due to its location along a main road, there can occasionally be some noise during late evenings and at night, particularly during busier hours.
