The neighbourhood is great! Very close to city centre and Cabot Circus and Castle Park. Lots of transport options with various bus and train stations nearby. It's a bit noisy and crowded though for the same reasons and also because its next to a fire staion.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are a bit slow in responding but they eventually solve the problem.

Very good neighbourhood, close to whatever we need.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is perfect if you want a place close to the city centre but also quiet. It’s roughly a 15 minute walk, which makes commuting and days out really convenient. The shops here are great, with a Tesco that’s very handy and a small Co-op nearby. The tram is a 3 min walk and the bus stop is right outside ! Just a 5 minute walk into the Jewellery Quarter, there are multiple shops and takeaway options, with restaurants offering a wide range of cuisines. Bins are collected regularly and the area is well maintained. Everyone around here is really friendly, there’s no traffic noise, and I sleep soundly through the night every night.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very responsive whenever I’ve raised any issues. For example, my parcel was delivered to the wrong location while I was out, and when I contacted reception they immediately arranged for it to be safely stored in the parcel room. On another occasion, a lightbulb in my apartment stopped working and maintenance came to replace it straight away. Overall, issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn’t have any major surprises when moving in, as everything was fairly in line with what I expected from the viewing. Overall, the experience has been very straightforward and positive.

No complaints about the local area . Maybe the local people could be quieter at night , other than that the location is great

Excellent , special shout out to James Kedian who has gone above and beyond on several ocassions to repair / replace things. He looks out for the tennants and is always ready to help

The fact that repairs are so easy and that someone like James exist .

Great location, some lovely restaurants/bars/cafes right on our doorstep. 10 minute walk to temple meads station & very central location. We have access to the rooftop area which is great when the sun is shining!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had an out of hours maintenance issue within our flat once, we raised this with Lana who was very quick to pass this on to relevant people. The maintenance man Abdullah went out of his way to help us as always, this issue was then escalated to the right contractors very quickly and our issue was resolved in no time like nothing ever happened
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One of my favourite things about H&G which I didn’t know about before I moved in is definitely the events, some recent things we have done is sip&plant and run club. This is a really cool way to get to know your neighbours and staff and create a friendly environment to live in. I’m looking forward to the summer social coming up!
