No complaints about the local area . Maybe the local people could be quieter at night , other than that the location is great

Excellent , special shout out to James Kedian who has gone above and beyond on several ocassions to repair / replace things. He looks out for the tennants and is always ready to help

The fact that repairs are so easy and that someone like James exist .

I lived for 3 year at the tribe apartment and for 2 years we had scaffolding in front your window and now updates. A bit complicated management

They have a customer service that sent the technician to fix any issue, in good time

Close proximity to city centre and notable areas like NQ and Ancoats. There is however a problem with parking on pavements

They are prompt to fix things and attend appointments when needed

The scaffold has been present since I moved in and there is no price reduction because of it

Building is located centrally and close to a lot of shops, bars and restaurants. There are a few council houses nearby which occupants cause trouble and are noisy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management has come back to me quick when anything needed fixing.

I wish I would have known that the scaffolding would be put up for years.

Location of the flat was perfect for myself as I work in the city centre, and which is only a 15 minute walk away. The surrounding areas did have some unsociable behaviour, but the building itself is very secure. Aldi is a short 5 minute walk, so perfect for the weekly shop
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always quick to respond and have someone come to the flat within 48 hours, quicker if the issue was an emergency
