5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living here is fantastic due to the vibrant mix of local cafes, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. The transport links are incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around the city. The neighborhood feels safe, and the streets are generally well-maintained and quiet at night.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team is very responsive. Whenever I raise an issue, it’s handled promptly. Polly, in particular, is amazing; she ensures that everything is followed up on and resolved with great care and efficiency.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is one of the best things about living at The Junction. It’s very close to Leeds city centre, so there are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, gyms and shops within walking distance. Transport links are also convenient, with nearby bus stops and easy access to the train station. The area is generally busy because of the number of students living nearby, so there can sometimes be noise at night, especially on weekends. Bin collection is usually fine, although the surrounding streets can occasionally feel untidy during busy periods. Overall, it’s a practical and convenient area for students and young professionals.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Most issues I raised were responded to within a reasonable time, especially maintenance requests and general enquiries. The reception team were usually helpful and tried to assist where possible. Polly in particular was very supportive and communicated professionally with residents, which made dealing with issues much easier. While some responses during busy periods could take longer than expected, the management generally tried to resolve problems fairly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that the building can become quite noisy at times because of the large number of students living there, especially during weekends and exam celebrations. I would also recommend choosing your room location carefully, as some rooms are quieter than others. However, the convenience of the location and the facilities available in the building still made it a good overall experience.
