The house has a spacious, bright living area and a modern kitchen, plus the added bonus of a downstairs toilet and utility space, which is really handy day to day. Upstairs there are two good-sized bedrooms and a modern family bathroom.

One thing that’s made a big difference for us is the amount of storage throughout the house, it’s been great for keeping everything organised and clutter-free.

The garden is a real highlight. It gets plenty of sun and has been perfect for relaxing or having friends and family over, especially for BBQs in the warmer months.

Outside, there’s a dedicated parking space, and the location is really convenient. There are plenty of shops and amenities close by, and bus stops right outside make getting around easy. The train station is about a 10-minute walk, with direct trains into Central London, which is ideal for commuting.

The neighbourhood itself is very friendly and family-oriented, with parks and green spaces nearby. Our next-door neighbours are both lovely families and there’s a real sense of community. We’ve built great relationships with them, they’re always happy to help out, including taking in parcels if you’re not home.

Overall, it’s been a comfortable, convenient and genuinely friendly place to live.”
