We moved here from the South just before the pandemic, arriving in a town where we didn’t know a soul, alongside neighbours who were in exactly the same position. What we’ve discovered over the past seven years is something truly special: a kind, welcoming community where those once-strangers are now genuine friends.

We have loved every moment in this home. It’s cosy, comforting, and filled with little pockets of joy that we’ve carefully created over time. The kitchen and garden have been at the heart of it all, hosting countless dinner parties, summer BBQs, and birthdays and the house is full of happy memories we’ll always treasure. Tucked away in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s so peaceful here that you can easily forget you have neighbours at all.

The location has been ideal for commuting, with excellent access to surrounding areas and everything you need close by, from local amenities to green spaces. It’s a home that perfectly balances convenience with calm.

This house has been the perfect fit for us, and we believe it would suit a couple or a young family beautifully. We are only moving on because we need a little more space, otherwise, it would be very hard to leave a place that has meant so much to us
