    Lots of shops in close proximity to the estate, quiet street and neighborhood even with building still going on and plenty parking available.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We haven’t been in long so haven’t raised any issues just yet .

    Order your new bin with council in advance and a list of which utilities the house is set up with when moving in.

    The local area is really pleasant and family-friendly, with a good mix of green spaces and everyday amenities. There are several nearby shops and supermarkets which make day-to-day living convenient, and a decent selection of cafés and restaurants within a short drive. Transport links are reliable, with good access to main roads and nearby stations, making commuting manageable. The street itself is quiet and well-kept, with a nice community feel. Parking is generally straightforward, and we haven’t experienced any issues with noise or anti-social behavior. Overall, it’s a calm and convenient place to live.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Overall, the team has been helpful and professional when dealing with queries. One point for improvement would be response times, as I did need to follow up on an email after a few days. Faster initial responses would make the experience even better, but aside from that the support has been good.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Nothing major comes to mind, the overall experience has been straightforward and aligned with expectations from the viewing and onboarding process.

    The area is private and quiet due to being a residential estate which makes it feel even more like a home. We are also in a lovely area with access to all we need. The help we have received from Ryan during our move has been fantastic and has made our first experience of moving out as a young couple very smooth.

    Having just moved in there’s already been quick support when needed.

    I have been happy with all aspects of the location of my property and convenience to shops. The road I live on is very quiet as still buildings in progress

    Any issues raised have been dealt with in a friendly, timely manner

    I wish I had been able to view the property more than once to be able to take measurements to see if my furniture and belongings would fit!
