5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Waking up to the docks each day is incredible, with beautiful views all around. The bus yard is less than a minute’s walk away, which is especially convenient in the summer, and there are local shops nearby too. It’s also a lovely place to take a walk and enjoy the surroundings.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There was no issues to raise but I'm sure if there were then it would be fixed straight away.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I absolutely love it here—couldn’t be happier! Definitely recommend

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Another great aspect of living in Lighthaus at Princes Dock in Liverpool is the overall balance of lifestyle and surroundings—you get a calm waterfront setting along the River Mersey while still being only a short walk from major attractions like the Royal Albert Dock and Liverpool ONE, which makes it easy to enjoy shopping, dining, and culture whenever you want; the area also feels modern and well-planned, with clean public spaces, good lighting, and a sense of safety, and because it’s part of an ongoing regeneration zone, there’s a feeling of progress and investment that adds long-term appeal, while still keeping things relaxed compared to the busier city centre nightlife areas.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Everything has been responded to very efficiently, shoutout to Reece for getting everything sorted:)
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The events hadn't started as I moved in just as it opened, I wish I knew how good the events were going to be! We've had moose coffee come in for pancake day and a resident brunch, we also have yoga on a Thursday and resident spotlights hosted by the residents as everyone here has their own passion, it's a great way to bring us together as a community

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living near Princes Dock has many positive aspects. The area offers beautiful waterfront views and a modern, attractive environment. It is close to popular attractions like Royal Albert Dock, giving easy access to restaurants, museums, and entertainment. The location also provides convenient transport links and enjoyable walking routes along the waterfront, making it a pleasant and lively place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
At Lighthaus Liverpool, the building management responds very quickly and effectively to any problems raised. Reece from maintenance always sorts issues quickly and efficiently, making sure everything is fixed without delay. The rest of the team are also responsive, helpful, and easy to approach, which makes dealing with any concerns simple and stress-free.

Before moving into Lighthaus Liverpool, one thing I wish I had known is just how welcoming and supportive the community and staff would be. It’s not just a place to live—it quickly feels like home thanks to the friendly atmosphere and the team always being there to help.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The whole area is really quiet and mostly just people running and walking their dogs along the water which is quite peaceful. I’m a 10 min walk away from Liverpool One so I still feel very much city centre without all of the annoying noise
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had a small issue with my door that was fixed 30 mins after I raised it. Apart from that everything has been perfect
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Yoga every week is really popular so try and get booked in early

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Perfect distance to the city, it’s walkable and quiet of a night, considering I live behind the strand it’s very quiet in my apartment. I love the ability to walk and get a coffee every morning in the fresh air, moose coffee is right next door and residents get 15% off. Sainsbury’s, Costco and Tesco are 5-10 minutes away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There has been no problems, if I’ve had any questions they have been answered instantly. I have faith should any issues arise the team are hands on. I speak with the team daily and enjoy a coffee in reception, thank you Annie Reece and Nathan for setting a great tone.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I’ve lived on the water front before so I knew what to expect, watched Lighthaus being build and moved in. I no longer need a car as everything is in walking distance
