5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is great - part way between the centre of town and the train station. This makes commuting to other towns easy and walkable into the centre of town for services. The area is also right next to the river and quite quiet. The problem is you do need to walk to get to most services- immediately available it's a bit of a dead zone.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Depending on the person it can be a bit slow to get a response, but it is definitely far better than most building management companies I've dealt with.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Clarity around the amenities and technical aspects of the homes are largely left up to you to figure out. Onboarding people to homes could be much better.

1Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
For a development built over a year ago roads are shocking. This should have been sorted ages yet they aren't serious about getting it done.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Unhelpful Unprofessional and rude when they answer the phone. Ignore emails and aren't serious about the concerns of tenants.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How unserious they are. They all lie. They wait for you to commit and make payments before giving you excuses as to why certain things aren't right and then ignore you when you follow up.
