Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is very convenient with a good range of shops, restaurants, and everyday essentials nearby. Everything you need is within a short distance, which makes daily life easy. Transport links are reliable and well connected, so getting around is straightforward. The street itself is generally quiet and well kept. Parking can be a bit limited at times, especially during busy hours, but it’s manageable. Bin collections are regular and the area stays clean overall. There’s very little anti social behaviour, and noise levels are usually low, which makes it a comfortable place to live.

Management has generally been responsive and reliable when issues are raised. Communication is clear, and most problems are dealt with in a reasonable timeframe without needing constant follow up.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building and area are well maintained and run smoothly overall.
