    Good: The building is good, the front desk is great. There are regular events which are also great Bad: Gym equipments are very limited

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I lost my keys. So the replacement was provided to me on spot. So it's very fast.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The entry is not direct. You have to take two lifts to reach you apartment.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Good: The local area is very convenient, with bus stops and the train station nearby, and it’s easy to walk into the city centre for shopping, restaurants and daily essentials. I found the location very practical for commuting and general day-to-day living. Bad: Personally I didn’t have major issues with the area. Like most central locations, it can get a bit busy at times, but overall I found it convenient and comfortable to live in.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very responsive overall. Issues I raised were dealt with quickly, and maintenance was usually arranged promptly. I found the management team helpful and professional.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known the management would be better than I expected. It’s been a well-run development, and I also found the rent to be in line with other nearby buildings, which was fair.

    Local area is lovely! So close to the city but also has a relaxed feeling! I think the best place in central manchester

    Swiftly & in a helpful manner - the app is great too

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The gym’s weights are so light & minimal - not suffice for regular gym goers

    Quite far away from picadilly or any main stations. Very close to Salford central and Sainsbury’s which is convenient and good walking distance to deansgate

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Quickly and efficiently as possible. Follow ups are always given

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Gym is smaller and less equipped than I remember from the viewing

    That our block didn’t have its own private doorway - lamp house
