Fantastically located, everything in walking distance. As to be expected for city centre- parking is a problem. However with the train station minutes away, the city 10 min walk; and plenty of busses, this isn’t really an issue.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
On the whole things are dealt with well, the maintenance team are superb. Whenever anything has to go external, that’s when things don’t go as well. Could definitely benefit from hiring more in-house staff

Bills are quite expensive for such a small space, but other than that fine

Nice environment with clean roads and local coffee shops, super close to the train station also, only a 4 minute walk.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are quick to respond and will come up with solutions and practical steps.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
No heating is really needed but it gets really hot in the summer, thankfully I live on the lower floors so it's not too bad even when it's really hot.

Lots of local shops, cafes and restaurants and canal nearby which creates a lovely atmostphere and not too busy at all. Small amount of train noise and people talking in the evenings but this is very quiet unless you have windows open.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, as mentioned above I always find the building management helpful and friendly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn’t realise we paid two separate bills for energy (i don’t think this is necessarily made clear) though I know the community utilities provider is no longer used as they went out of business.

The area is fantastic, with loads of pubs and bars nearby, and only 5-10 minutes walk to BTN station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Just today I asked for an extension on my lease by a few days due to terrible timing on my part, and it was granted no questions asked - despite it having already been leased! They instead chose to take on the extra work in a smaller time period, rather than make my moving out difficult. I’m exceptionally grateful for such consistently brilliant management.

Just how much having good staff in the building can impact your life. They’ve helped me fend off debt collectors (not my debt, it was a whole thing!), helped me deal with difficult utilities companies, been flexible with my lease duration and always with a smile. As a student living away from home for the first time, it’s meant the world.
