    Ten Degrees is brilliantly located in Croydon, with easy access to excellent transport links, a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and green spaces. East Croydon station is just a short walk away, making commuting into central London a breeze. The local area has everything you need on your doorstep.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Any issues raised have been responded to swiftly and efficiently. The team, particularly Tim, Chantel, Daniel, and Funto, always follow up to ensure problems are fully resolved and residents are satisfied. Communication is excellent throughout.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known sooner just how wonderful the onsite team is — it would have made my decision to move here even easier! Tim, Chantel, Daniel, and Funto genuinely make Ten Degrees feel like home.

    The local area is exceptionally well-situated, which is a major highlight for me. Being so close to the station is a game-changer for a busy professional; saving time on a daily commute is invaluable. The convenience extends to daily errands as well, with several grocery shops within a short walk. Furthermore, the location is a dream for modern services Amazon, Deliveroo, and Just Eat drivers find the address easily, making it an incredibly accessible and efficient place to live.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The property team is very efficient and responsive. Even though I have only been a resident for three months, they have been quick to address any issues I’ve raised. While the maintenance team can occasionally be a little slow to provide the initial response, they do always respond eventually and are very respectful when carrying out work.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Honestly, the only thing I wish I’d known is how much I would enjoy it here, I wish I had moved in much earlier! If you value a rare combination of city convenience and a quiet living environment, this is the place to be. It is much more peaceful than you would expect for such a well-connected location.

    Access to the trains, trams and bus routes is superb. There are enough convenience shops nearby, and/or the major retail parks are 30 minutes away.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Promptly, with no issues. Helped us understand things to avoid/be aware of in future as well.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I think some more chairs in the sky lounge and fixing the pool table would be good. New cues and one of the cushions is bust. Otherwise its essentially what you see...

    Good bin facilities, gym and really convenient transport links into central London. I enjoyed the social aspect and safety. Public space and opposite train station which made daily commute easy.

    Yes and mainly plumbing or wardrobe or electrics which has been resolved.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    We were told different layouts. Incentives. New availabilities on other floors. That there is free coffee in advance!
