Area is good but this isn’t anything to do with swan street hse, there’s plenty of flats in this area

Barely anything, just found it’s constantly not their fault
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Like I said I would just avoid, the building management aren’t interested in you they don’t reply to emails or WhatsApp or answer the phone 99% of the time unless you use the dial option that’s meant to be for sales

One of the best things about the area is how central and convenient it is. There are plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, and gyms nearby, and it’s easy to get around using public transport or by walking.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management have generally been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve raised issues. Most maintenance requests or questions were acknowledged quickly, and communication was usually clear throughout the process. Staff have been approachable and professional, which made it easier to resolve problems without too much stress.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I would recommend before moving in is getting familiar with the local area and nearby amenities early on, as there are plenty of useful shops, transport links, and places to eat within walking distance.

Great area of town to live in with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars on your doorstep but without the noise that comes with it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any problems or issues have been resolved quickly and everyone is lovely especially Holly who is always happy to help and support with anything that is needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how good the location is, you really are a walking distance to anywhere in town and only half an hour for a nice walk in the Peak District if you want to escape at the weekend or evening after work.

Got great variety, very close to arndale for everything. Very close to the bus station and tram station.

They respond very quickly and solve any of my issues within one week

They have bike storage and a gym! I enjoyed the gym a lot.
